Directions
STEP 1
Add chocolate chips, coconut milk, sugar, and salt to a heavy saucepan, stir to combine.
STEP 2
Over low heat, stir until chocolate chips are completely melted.
STEP 3
Add the 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat until combined, scraping the sides of bowl.
STEP 4
Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla until combined. Slowly stir in the flour.
STEP 5
Add vanilla and coconut oil, stir to incorporate. Spread fudge into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan.
STEP 6
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
STEP 7
Bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are firm and bottoms are lightly browned.
